GREED – Returns & Refund Policy

GREED is a brand registered and operated in France. All purchases are subject to French and European consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date they receive their order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at: [your email address] within 14 days of delivery.
After notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be returned in their original condition

Include original packaging and tags

Show no signs of wear, damage, odor, washing, or alteration
GREED reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
For hygiene and performance reasons, compression garments showing signs of wear will not be refunded.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed through our payment platform.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
In accordance with EU law, GREED reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received and inspected.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. GREED is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
5. Exchanges & Sold-Out Items
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is sold out, an exchange will not be possible. In that case, the customer may choose to:

Receive a refund (if within the legal withdrawal period), or

Keep the original item.
Due to the limited nature of GREED drops, restocks are not guaranteed.
6. Non-EU Customers (International Orders)
For customers outside the European Union, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery under the same product condition requirements stated above.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at: greedpowerwear@gmail.com
If the issue is confirmed, GREED will provide appropriate resolution instructions.
