RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your GREED armor. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For EU customers, you also benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

How to Start a Return

Email us at GREEDPOWERWEAR@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colorway? We're happy to help — just mention it in your return email and we'll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items marked as final sale, underwear, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at GREEDPOWERWEAR@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

International Orders

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even if the order is returned. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
