ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE

These Terms of Use define how the website greedpowerwear.com (the "Site") may be used. The Site is published by GREED (sole proprietorship, Harrison Bloch, SIRET 937 946 358 00010). Browsing the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use by the user (the "User").

ARTICLE 2: ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access. All costs of accessing it (equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User. GREED does its best to provide quality access to the Site but has no obligation to achieve it, and may interrupt access, in particular for maintenance, without liability.

ARTICLE 3: USER ACCOUNT

Creating an account on the Site is optional and allows the User to track orders and manage personal information. The User agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep login details confidential. GREED cannot be held liable for unauthorized use of the account resulting from the User's failure to do so.

The terms for selling the products offered on the Site (prices, payment, delivery, customs duties, right of withdrawal, returns) are governed by the Terms of Sale, which prevail over these Terms of Use for any matter relating to a purchase.

All elements of the Site (structure, texts, logos, the "GREED" and "DARK ICHOR™" marks, visuals, photographs) are protected by copyright, trademark law and intellectual property law in general. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without GREED's prior written consent, is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

ARTICLE 6: USER CONDUCT

The User agrees to use the Site for its intended purpose and not to: undermine public order or the rights of third parties; attempt to bypass the Site's security measures; use the Site for fraudulent purposes or to harm GREED or third parties; introduce viruses or any other malicious code into the Site.

ARTICLE 7: LINKS AND SOCIAL NETWORKS

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (in particular Instagram, TikTok, Discord). GREED has no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content.

ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the Site are described in the Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 9: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GREED strives to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site but cannot guarantee that it is entirely error-free. GREED cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or the inability to access it. This does not affect the legal warranties applicable to products, described in the Terms of Sale.

ARTICLE 11: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have sole jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the Customer's place of residence.
