Knight Compression Size Guide
The Knight Compression is a true compression shirt, and it is noticeably more compressive than most compression shirts on the market. That is on purpose: it hugs the chest, shoulders and arms and lets the silicone armor stand out. It also means your usual size may not be the right one.

How it fits
- True compression. It is tighter than a regular gym tee, and tighter than most compression shirts on the market.
- Our S fits like a true compression small: very snug. Between S and M, take the M.
- Between two sizes? Many customers recommend going up.
- Your weight and build matter as much as your height. Chest measurement alone is not enough, which is why we built the calculator above.
