Terms of sale

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These General Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between GREED, a sole proprietorship represented by Harrison Bloch (SIRET 937 946 358 00010, full contact details in the Legal Notice), and any natural or legal person (the "Customer") making a purchase on greedpowerwear.com. Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS

The products offered are those shown on the site on the day it is consulted, while stocks last. GREED may change its product range at any time.

ARTICLE 3: PRICES

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI): the prices shown are the final prices of the products. Shipping costs are shown before the order is finally confirmed and are added to the price of the products; current rates are detailed in the Shipping Policy. For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are not included (see Article 6). GREED may change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the prices in force when the order is confirmed.

ARTICLE 4: ORDERS

The Customer selects products, adds them to the cart and confirms the order through the checkout. The order is final only once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer. GREED may cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT

Payment is made online when ordering, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are secured by the payment providers integrated into the Shopify platform. GREED does not store any card data.

ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when ordering or, for pickup point delivery, to the pickup point chosen by the Customer. GREED ships to France, the European Union, the United States and the rest of the world. Estimated delivery times are those shown at checkout for each destination; they are estimates and a reasonable delay does not give rise to compensation. For orders outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are not included in the prices and are not charged at checkout: they are paid by the Customer directly to the carrier on delivery, are the Customer's responsibility, and are neither covered nor refunded by GREED. A parcel refused because duties were not paid does not entitle the Customer to a refund of shipping costs or of any return fees charged by the carrier.

ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without penalty, except, where applicable, the cost of returning the goods.

Beyond this legal period, and as a commercial gesture, GREED grants additional time for a total of 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. See the Refund Policy for full details (condition of items, procedure, refund times, exceptions).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer notifies GREED by email at greedpowerwear@gmail.com, with an unambiguous statement or the model form below, then returns the product(s) no later than 14 days after this notification. GREED refunds all sums paid, including the original delivery costs at the standard rate, no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal; the refund may be withheld until the products are received. Return costs remain the Customer's responsibility.

In accordance with article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may be held liable for any loss in value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, an item that has been worn or washed).

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (in particular underwear), nor to goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized. Gift cards are non-refundable.

ARTICLE 9: LIABILITY

GREED cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services or means of transport, or any other event beyond its control.

ARTICLE 10: PERSONAL DATA

The processing of the Customer's personal data is described in the site's Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 11: GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
