Which size should I take?

It is an oversized cut, sold in S, M and L. The L is very large: it fits someone who wears an XL in compression.

How do I wash the silicone?

Turn the piece inside out before washing. Wash at 30°C maximum, spin at 1200 rpm maximum, no softener, no tumble dryer. Pods are allowed, and it can be washed with black clothes.
